Let us introduce ourselves, we are Maria Cecilia Chiavaroli and Beatrice De Domenico, two final year students of the master's degree course in "Organisation and Marketing for Business Communication" who, in collaboration with the department of Strategic Marketing at the University of Rome La Sapienza (Professor Fabiola Sfodera), are carrying out an exploratory research project on the impact of new AI-enhanced technologies in tourism; entitled "Tourist experience: an exploratory study on the impact of Artificial Intelligence in tourism".

The thesis project, in particular, aims to understand how - at different stages of the tourist journey - new AI-enhanced technologies can complement, replace, enhance and ultimately enable a new tourist experience.

To achieve this, we need to interview some destinations, managers and companies operating in the different tourism sectors, which employ the technologies under study. Therefore, in light of your experience, we would like to ask you for your availability for a short interview that will take place online in December, via Google Meet platform or Google Form according to your preferences.
